My Hands Are Cracked and Bleeding...

from washing them literally about 40 times in the last 12 hours. Ethan started puking last night at 9:30 and puked 11 times before 1:30am. I started to get a little scared at how often he was throwing up. I thought for sure we would end up in the ER for him to get fluids, but somehow he pulled through and seems pretty good today. He's even eating crackers and really wants some mac and cheese for dinner, but i'm thinking that's not a good idea.

So I spent about 4 hours today spraying lysol over everything, then cleaning everything with Clorox wipes, then spraying everything again with lysol. I just don't want to get sick!!

Oh that Hailey...

So when we sit down for dinner at night as a family, we either pray before we eat, or sometimes we break bread together to remember what Jesus did for us. The kids really like to do that and will often request to "pray with our bread" instead of the normal prayer. Last night Hailey requested to remember Jesus with our bread instead of praying. As is usual, JR asks Hailey to explain the story and what it means. She said that Jesus sat with his friends at a big table and took a piece of bread and He broke it and how that represents Jesus' body being broken. JR asked her what happened next and she said that Jesus took His drink and said "whenever you drink this GUINESS, remember Me." I guess she figured we don't drink wine in our house, only guiness. She knew that they were both alcohol. Needless to say JR and I were literally rolling on the floor laughing. Hailey didn't think it was all that funny and slumped down in her seat because she thought we were laughing at her. Well, I guess we might have been, because it was hialrious!!
